NEWSRecently, the National Agricultural Comprehensive Development Office issued the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the National Agricultural Comprehensive Development Industrialization Development Project in 2017", which clarified the scope and focus of support. It will increase the interest rate subsidy, and focus on supporting agriculture-related enterprises and farmer cooperatives. The financial subsidies are mainly used to support farmers' cooperatives and family farms. In the notice, the financial subsidy projects involving cold storage construction are implemented, and the “first build and then supplement” management method is implemented. However, the amount of financial funds applied for a single financial subsidy project is not higher than the self-raised funds.
The following are the agricultural subsidy projects and the amount and time that can be reported to the Ministry of State and the Commission in connection with the construction of the cold storage:

Third, leading enterprises drive industrial development pilot projects

Support scope: construction of public welfare projects such as agricultural infrastructure, improved breeding, agricultural pollutant prevention, comprehensive utilization of waste and socialized service system, as well as promotion and application of new products and new technologies, and intensive processing of agricultural products.

4. Special agricultural development project - horticultural breeding and production demonstration base project

8. Primary processing subsidy project for agricultural products producing areas

Scope of support: Focus on supporting farmers and farmers' professional cooperatives to construct primary processing facilities for potato storage, fruit and vegetable ventilation, cold storage and drying rooms.
