By 2020, the plain area of Beijing has basically achieved “no coalification”. In addition to the use of smokeless coal in the mountainous areas of Tianjin, the heating and loose coal in other areas has been basically cleared, and the heating and loose coal in the rural areas of Hebei Province has been basically cleared. In 2020, coal consumption in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei will be controlled at around 300 million tons.

The “no coalification” process of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei decided to use clean energy, and decided to win the “blue sky defense war”.
