First, the installation method

1. The industrial chiller should be installed directly on the horizontal plane. Do not flip, tilt or install vertically.

2. When the industrial chiller is running, heat should be generated. The circulation of the cooling air should be ensured. There should be a certain space around the installation, and the generated heat is radiated upwards, so do not install it around the heat-resistant equipment.

3, industrial chillers can not be installed in a variety of fibers, paper (chips), metal fragments and other places.

The outlet of the industrial chiller should be connected to the inlet of your instrument. The outlet of the instrument should be connected to the inlet of the cooling circulator.

note:

If it is a split machine, the fluorine road connection between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit must be installed or debugged by the technician designated by the chiller or chiller manufacturer.

Second, open the industrial chiller, should see the various terminals, do not connect the wrong line when wiring. (Only high power cooling circulating water machine has power cord connection)

1. The power supply must be connected to the main power terminal. If the power supply is connected to other terminals by mistake, the cooling water machine will be damaged. Also check that the power supply voltage is within the allowable voltage range.

2. The grounding terminal must be well grounded to prevent electric shock or fire accidents.

3 Be sure to connect the terminals and wires with crimp terminals to ensure the reliability of the connection.

4. After completing the circuit connection, please check if the connection is correct.

5. There is no leakage wiring.

6. Is there a short circuit or short circuit to ground between each terminal and the connecting line?

7. If the temperature is below 5 °C, add antifreeze to the circulating fluid.

note:

Industrial chillers must be connected to the ground wire, otherwise electric shock or fire accidents may occur. Wiring should be carried out by professionals. Start the operation after confirming that the power is off (OFF), otherwise an electric shock may occur.
