Second, prevent impurities from entering the refrigeration system


The refrigeration system is a sealed circulation system. The refrigerant circulating in the system requires clean and impurity-free, but it is impossible to completely clean in actual operation, which is related to the working conditions and the refrigerant that is added to the system is not clean enough.


Some impurities are: lubricating oil, air, water, etc. These impurities enter the refrigeration system and are very unfavorable for the operation of the refrigeration unit, and should be eliminated in time.


Third, remove dirt

Fourth, the correct choice and use of lubricants


Lubricating oil has certain influence on the power consumption of the compressor and the economy and safety of the refrigeration system. The correct use of the lubricating oil should be paid enough attention.


Fifth, keep the compressor in good condition


After the compressor has been running for a period of time, parts may be worn or damaged, assembly gaps may change, sealing performance may be degraded, and the filter may be clogged, which may result in increased power consumption. Therefore, large, medium and small repair plans should be arranged to enhance the usual maintenance and repair to ensure that the compressor is in good condition.


6. Start up at night or at low temperatures.


The cold load is mostly lower than the design load. Therefore, the cooling of the compressor is not continuous. If possible, it can be operated at night. At night, the outside air temperature is low, the cooling water temperature is lowered, the condensing pressure and the condensing temperature are all lowered, and the same cooling capacity is obtained, and the power consumption of the compressor is reduced, thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving. In addition, most regions have implemented peak-to-valley electricity prices that are different from day and night, making full use of the low electricity prices at night, which is also an important way for enterprises to reduce electricity bills and improve efficiency.
