First, the host should not arbitrarily power off

This is actually very dangerous because the heat generated by the air source heat pump unit is heat transferred by the water carrier. If the power is turned off when used in a low temperature environment, the host is likely to be frozen.


The correct method should be to set the set temperature of the unit to the minimum when the main machine is not needed, so that the unit can guarantee the antifreeze function, so that the energy waste and the unit antifreeze problem can be effectively solved.



In addition, the situation that is likely to occur in rural areas is passive power outages, such as power outages, or power outages due to wind and snowstorms. If such a situation occurs, the power outage time may be longer. At this time, the user must take certain measures to prevent the host from being frozen. The live connection and the valve should be opened to drain the water in the pipe. In this way, even if the power is cut off, you can avoid freezing the pipe and the host because of the low temperature.


Second, do not tamper with the control panel function keys


There are many buttons on the control panel of the main unit. Some of them adjust the water temperature, and some are timed. If the user is tampering, it may affect the normal operation of the host. For example, if the timer button is pressed, the host may not start when it needs to work.


If the weather is suddenly cold and the room temperature is not enough, you can adjust the outlet temperature to 40 ° C or above.


At the time of installation, the installer will set the water temperature and so on, and tell the user which keys can be moved and which keys should not be arbitrarily moved. The user generally only needs to adjust the temperature of the water outlet button. When the indoor temperature is not enough, the temperature of the water is raised a little. If the room is too hot, the water temperature is lowered. For example, in general, we set the outlet temperature to 35 ° C and room temperature to 18 ° C. If the weather is suddenly cold and the room temperature is not enough, the outlet water temperature can be adjusted to 40 ° C, and vice versa.


Also, when the user is setting up, it is best not to adjust the room temperature very high in order to pursue "hot". Because the temperature is high, the unit will work longer and consume more power. The room temperature is set to 18 ° C and 25 °C, the operating cost may double, so set the appropriate room temperature. Ventilation of the room is also recommended to ventilate when the outdoor temperature is high during the day.


Third, when the host fails, first find after-sales


When the air source heat pump main unit is running, it is inevitable that there will be a fault. At this time, the user does not need to panic, and can not move the function keys on the control panel or tamper with the host. Because doing so is not only useless, but sometimes it makes the fault more serious.


Fourth, timely cleaning of defrosting water


The installation time of “coal to electricity” project is relatively urgent. Sometimes the installation is not very standard. If the drainage pipe is not treated well after defrosting, it may cause the water after defrosting to flow to the ground. It will freeze quickly when the weather is cold. Not only will it cause inconvenience to the user, but it will also cause damage to the crew.


Because the water after defrosting will accumulate more and more, the formed ice will accumulate and thicken, and will gradually freeze upward along the drain pipe. If the treatment is not timely, not only the host can not be defrosted, and even Destructive damage to the host. Therefore, it is best for users to clean up in time and handle the drainage problem with the assistance of after-sales personnel to eliminate hidden dangers.


Fifth, do not accumulate debris around the host


Air source heat pump heating is to absorb the heat in the air, and then vaporized by the evaporator, compressed into high pressure gas by the compressor, and then liquefied into the condenser, the absorbed heat is transferred to the heated water, so reciprocating, continuously absorbing the low temperature source Heat and output the heated water to directly reach the predetermined temperature. If there are debris around the host and the distance is close, it will definitely affect the heat transfer effect. In general, there is at least a distance of 80 cm around the main unit.


It should also be noted that the main fan blows out the cold air. If there is debris blocking in front, it will affect the cooling of the cold air, which will result in insufficient heat in the air and affect the heat transfer effect. Therefore, the front of the fan is best not to have a barrier within 2 meters, too close to the cold wind can be sent back to the host, so the heating effect is very low.
