The localities implement the classification management of iron and steel enterprises, and formulate a plan for the suspension of production at the peak of the peak according to the level of pollution emission performance. In key cities such as Shijiazhuang, Tangshan, Handan and Anyang, the production capacity of steel in the heating season is limited to 50%.

 ——Implementation of production regulation of electrolytic aluminum and chemical enterprises. In the heating season, the electrolytic aluminum plant has a production limit of more than 30%; the alumina enterprises limit production by about 30%; if the carbon enterprises fail to meet the special emission limits, all of them will be discontinued, and the special emission limit will be reached, and the production limit will be more than 50%. In the VOCs discharge process of pharmaceutical companies involved in the production of APIs, the VOCs discharge process of pesticide companies using organic solvents in the production process is suspended in the heating season.
